A research project was launched for a Master thesis by a student at the ITU, in collaboration with TEO. The project team, after reviewing the limitations of existing systems, will design, implement and evaluate an infrastructure for pervasive awareness among globally distributed software development teams in order to reduce the sense of distance in geographically dispersed teams.
