The right candidate must have 8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years of project management experience. Some travelling activity may be required once in a while. You must possess proven skills in:

• Project planning and monitoring
• Project scope definition and estimation
• Requirements management
• Resources identification and resource management
• Risks assessment and contingency planning
• Client management
• Performance evaluations
• Mentoring and training of resources
• Solid technical background
• Deep insight and thorough understanding of software engineering principals
• Knowledge and implementation experience of known PM methodologies
• Should be able to ensure quality through mature processes

And you must have/be:

• BSC/MSC/MBA degree from a recognized university
• Excellent communication skills
