About TEO

TEO (Talented Earth Organization) is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark and has offices in Pakistan and Malaysia. TEO was founded in 2006 by senior IT business professionals with many years of experience in the software industry.

TEO has specialized in software outsourcing or "Global Software Engineering" as named by academia. The company is based on the belief that outsourcing to global markets, in 2nd Generation Global Software Engineering, is a game of competencies and talent and that this global potential is best leveraged through trusted partnerships.

The 2nd Generation Global Software Engineering also introduces concepts of innovation, growth, high quality and social responsibility into the sourcing strategy of leading enterprises. Along with our customers, we wish to play an active role in the evolution of globalization in software engineering.



Management

TEO is a limited liability company with Inventure Capital among its investors. Inventure Capital is a 100 million Euro venture capital company. The Board of Directors is headed by Ulrik Jensen as Chairman, and Uffe Krogh and Søren Hebsgaard as Board members. Zahid Abdullah is Managing Director.

Ulrik Jensen

Ulrik Jensen is Chairman of the Board of Directors and has more than 10 years of experience as an investor and manager in IT and telecommunications. Ulrik is an electronics and software graduate engineer from the University of Aalborg (Denmark) and holds a Master’s degree in management from Stanford University (USA).

Uffe Krogh is an experienced sales executive. Søren Hebsgaard is a former manager in platform strategies at Microsoft.

Zahid Abdullah

Zahid Abdullah has worked in the IT industry for more than 15 years. He holds a Masters degree from Denmark's Technical University and has worked with international corporations on various management positions. Since 2003, he has headed companies working with international software development.
