The candidate should have over 2 years of experience, preferably in information systems or information technology with an emphasis on technical documentation. You must possess proven skills in:
- Developing Software Requirement Specifications
- Writing case studies for the software projects
- Documenting business requirement document for ongoing projects
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for current and future applications i.e., technical reference manuals, guides and user/technical manuals.
- Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and/or product management during design phase to gain an understanding of the product. Analyze requirements of project to determine types of publications needed.
- Recommend and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
And you must have/be:
- A degree in Computer Sciences or English Literature.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong technical background in software products documentation is required.
- Well versed with authoring tools and MS Office
- Internet Research skills
- Ability to rapidly absorb technical information
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to interface, communicate, and translate information delivered by programmers
