The right candidate must have 8+ years of .NET development and project delivery experience with 2-3 years of experience as System Architect. Some traveling activity may be required once in a while. You must possess proven skills in: - Win32 / COM / COM + / MTS
- SQL Server 2005 (Managed Stored Procs/Triggers, Notification Services)
- ASP.NET 2.0 (Web parts, Themes, Profiles, Master pages, AJAX)
- .Net Remoting / Web Services / WS Enhancements
- Asynchronous Programming
- Windows Services / Multithreaded Backend Services
- SDK Development
- MSMQ
- .Net Interop
- .Net Control Development
- Active Directory / WMI
- Microsoft Enterprise Library
- .Net Framework 3.0 (WCF, WCF, WPF, XAML)
- MS Enterprise Server Suite
And you must have/be: - Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and Application Servers
- Exposure to SOA, Smart Clients, B2B Systems, Distributed Systems
- Strong Object Oriented design and analysis skills, specifically in the use of design patterns
- Exposure to the entire Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficient with using UML to model software designs
- Experience writing significant portions of software projects or complete applications
- BSC/MSC degree from a recognized university
- Experience in architect role
- Good communication skills
