After the re-assessment of the existing ISO certification to ensure that all requirements of the management standards have been met, TEO has successfully been upgraded to ISO 9001:2008.

The need to revise ISO 9001:2000 is based on ISO's continual review process, incorporation of user defined inputs and keeping the standard aligned to recent developments in management system practices. The purpose of upgrading our ISO certification is to re-assess and streamline our administrative process and make the required adjustments conforming to the new ISO standards. This evaluation is important for us in order to enforce continuous improvements for TEO as an organization and hence provide the best possible treatment of our employees and partners.
