- SDK Development
- MSMQ
- .Net Interop
- Microsoft Enterprise Library

And you must have/be:

- Knowledge and high degree of comfort with development across all application tiers: UI, service layer, business objects, data access, schema/modeling
- Firm grasp of software design patterns
- Must be a senior-level developer; highly motivated and self-managed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to adapt to changing business goals and employ creative thinking to solve problems
- Preference for agile approach: lightweight documentation, iterative development
- BSC/MSC degree from a recognized university
- Experience in team lead role
- Good communication skills
